Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned in the original packaging
  • All components, accessories, and documentation must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to additional fees.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This fee covers:

  • Inspection and testing
  • Repackaging
  • Administrative and processing costs


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products
  • Damaged items caused by misuse or improper installation
  • Modified or altered products
  • Custom-built or special-order items
  • Final sale or clearance items


Return Process

To start a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • The 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they ship for a full refund
  • Once shipped, the order falls under this Return & Refund Policy


Important Notice

RootMaster Welding Remotes are electronic control devices used with industrial equipment.
Improper installation or use may void eligibility for return or refund.
