**Warranty Disclaimer for Welding Remotes**

This warranty covers the battery and electronics of our welding remotes for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid under normal use but is void if the product is subjected to abuse, mishandling, or water damage.

Please note that while our welding remotes are equipped with watertight seals providing water resistance, they are not waterproof. Prolonged exposure to heavy rain or submersion in water will void the warranty.

Additionally, any evidence of tampering, disassembly, or modification will also result in the warranty being voided. Users are advised to handle the product with care and follow all operating instructions.
